Can the Input Capture Windows not be visible in the taskbar?

No problem. Here is the image...

And to reproduce I start terminals, then select a machine in the dropdown on the toolbar, then click the connect button next to it, then connect to a second and third machine in the same way, for both the second and third machines, a new "Input Capture Window" shows up in the task bar, but not for the first one.

I get the same thing, however mine occurs anytime I log out of a connection. So if i have 5 tabs opened, and close 4 of them I'll have 4 input capture windows in my taskbar.

From what I was able to google, a few other RDP/Tabbed programs also have this issue with Dual Monitors/Ultramon setup, so it might not be an issue with Terminals but the MS code.
