How to configure SSH sessions in terminals

I have SSH working in the 2.0 version of terminals. It seems to be working as expected so far.  I need to be able to modify the SSH session to set the keyboard buffer, the character set and screen colors. Does anyone have any ideas on how I might do this? If I can't customize the SSH session is there a way to integrate putty into terminals, so I could use that instead?

  • Colors you can configure on Terminal tab in connection properties window for both types of connection Telnet/ssh
  • Keyboard settings aren't available yet, but there is already a feature request in issue tracker
  • there is no integration of external tool for remote connection, because we use internal telnet and ssh implementations

Thanks.
Will be looking forward to the keyboard settings in the future.

What is the default setting for the keyboard buffer set to now?
