Where did you red? The Ctrl-Ald-Del hortcut key isnt properly working in current version. It is already reported issue.

Easiest way I have been able to do CTRL+ALT+DEL with Windows is using the On-Screen Keyboard.

Start Menu > Accessories > Accessibility > On-Screen Keyboard
User the CTRL and ALT on your keyboard, then click on the DEL key on the soft keyboard.

I know Linux has a soft keyboard as well, I use one for SUSE.

ctl-alt-end works for me. This is the standard method in generic RDP for sending ctl-alt-del and it works fine in Terminals, too.

Ctrl+Alt+Ins could also be used. This key combination is used if you work with VMWare. Ctrl+Alt+End is used in Hyper-V.

By the way, Ctrl-Alt-End works well.
