Hello. New to this. Just installed today. I see in v3 all data is stored in a single directory on the local machine.

Here it says there is a command line to redirect. When you go the page though there is not.
Please read the documentation. For example http://terminals.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Backup%20and%20restore%20settings%20files&referringTitle=User%20documentation
describes all files, Terminals uses to store data. Also there is a command line to redirect the data files to shared location. But for this scenario, database store is recommended as better solution.

Is there no simple way right from the application itself like in microsofts rdpman.exe to just change the path where everything is saved. Say to your My Documents, where in mist corp environments is redirected to a server share???? I

Here is the command line doc: https://terminals.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Command%20line%20arguments&referringTitle=User%20documentation
You are right, not all files are redirected this way, only the data files. There is no simple way, how to redirect everything.
