Terminals Password Forgotten

Hi there, i installed successfully terminals... a pop up password arised... i totally forgot (even i do not remember i put a password there) the password... ok.. i thought i un install and re install so i will avoid the password pop up... I did.. BUT the password pop up is still there...
What i must do to have a BRand new installation without a password?
I need this program thanks!

I have followed these instructions and still encounter the same issue. It seems crazy that once a password is forgotten, it is no longer possible to use this software.

No, definitely not. If you delete all user data you are able start from scratch.
But maybe there is a confusion, where the data are stored. There are two locations based on type of setup you selected during the installation.
