Change Window Title based on active tab

Is is possible to change the main window title to the name of the currently active tab (e.g. like how firefox does)? If not, how hard would it be to add this option?

I ask because I use a time tracking utility (www.rescuetime.com) that automatically records how long you have particular window titles active for. So for example at the moment I just know that I spent 2 hours using Terminals. If the window title changed, I would know not only what environments I was on, but how long I spent in each. This sort of information is invaluable for constructing timesheet entries.

(BTW, thanks for mentioning RescueTime -- looks like a great app!)

Awesome, thank you! I saw the option but didn't realise it did that. Looks like I'm set then.

Rescuetime is great for answering the question, what have you been spending your time on? The document/window title tracking stuff requires a paid account though. But it isn't that much & it works well.
