SSH to Tomato router firmware

I use Tomato firmware on my router:

I currently SSH into it using Putty which uses a PPK file... though as near as I can tell Terminals does not yet support these. So I generated a ssh-rsa code in Terminals, and pasted this into Tomato.

Now I'm not entirely sure how to access it. I've tried Host, Password, Public Key, Kbd Interactive, as well as SSH1 and SSH2, I know I have the correct IP and port, but I get:

"Sorry, Terminals was unable to connect to the remote machine. Try again, or check the log for more information." I'm not sure where the log is either though.

I should be able to SSH into my Tomato router using Terminals, right?

Cancel that - turns out I hadn't tried all the combinations.

For anyone else curious, for Terminals and Tomato, set up username password as root/<yourpass> and under SSH set authentication to Public Key, SSH2. Generate an SSH key by clicking New and then paste that into the Tomato's interface

Now to figure out tunnels.
