Multi Instance not working in version 2

description

We use terminals on a Windows Server 2008 R2
After installing version 2 we are no longer able to start Terminals for more then one person
Second person to start Terminals sees it open up but immediately close
 
And no, 'Allow single instance' is not ticked

One user can start multiple instances of Terminals 2.0
But with multiple users on a Windows 2008 R2 Terminal server, just one user can start one or more instances of Terminals 2.0.
Terminals 2.0 starts and stops when another user tries to start Terminals 2.0
Nothing is logged in the Windows eventlogs or the Terminals log file.
The other users have to wait untill the first user ends his Terminals session. Because of this issue we reverted to Terminals 1.9 :-(
