I didn't see this issue already reported so I wanted to pass this along. Note that as the subject indicates this is an issue only when your screen display is set to anything other than 100%. The default screen setting on my laptop was set to 125% and decreasing it to 100% makes everything too small to be practical. Attached is a PDF with screen-shots illustrating the issues.
