UnMinimize shrinks program window

Since installing 2.0 I'm having a problem where after I minimize Terminals, upon un-minimizing it, the display window shrinks down to a much smaller box. I run at a 1280x1024 resolution, and it feels like it's resizing it for a display running at about 1024x768. This happens both if I have Terminals minimize to task bar, or to the system tray. Running XP Sp3.

Issue with Windows 7 (x64) (german):
Doubleclicking the icon in the taskbar will close the Terminals-window. But the processmanger still shows the running execution-file. But there is no Task for it to reopen the window again.
When I shutdown the System, it warns for the remaining Terminals.exe.
